1 Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Services Provided

We are a NABL-accredited laboratory offering:

• Germination Testing
• Cold Test Analysis
• Accelerated Aging Test
• Genetic Purity Testing
• DNA Fingerprinting
• ELISA Testing

All services follow ISTA standards and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.

3 Sample Submission

Please ensure samples are:

• Properly packaged and labeled
• Accompanied by accurate documentation
• Meeting minimum quantity requirements

Samples not meeting requirements may be rejected.

4 Testing Standards

All testing follows ISTA, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, and NABL standards. Results reflect the condition of samples at the time of testing.

5 Test Reports

Reports are delivered digitally through our secure portal and include test identification, methods, results, and NABL accreditation. Reports are valid only for the specific samples tested.

6 Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on test complexity, sample condition, and workload. We'll keep you informed of any delays.

7 Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the service agreement. Invoices are issued upon test completion. Late payments may incur charges. Reports may be withheld until payment is received.

8 Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information, sample details, and test results. Information is shared only with authorized personnel or as required by law.

9 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of retesting or direct damages from proven negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or decisions made based on test results.

10 Sample Retention

Samples are retained per regulatory requirements and service agreements. After retention, samples are disposed of per environmental regulations. Sample return may be requested before disposal (additional charges apply).

11 Intellectual Property

All test reports and documentation remain our intellectual property. Clients may use reports for intended purposes but may not modify, reproduce for unauthorized purposes, or use our name/logo without permission.

12 Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings per Indian laws. Jurisdiction shall be the courts of India.

13 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, equipment failures, or labor disputes.

14 Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
